This secure web-based payment processing option allows city utility customers to submit a utility payment through a secure online payment page.
A customer need only have their utility account number, service address, email address, amount of payment and current credit/debit card information to process a payment. A small fee of $2.75 applies for each credit card payment processed.
A receipt will be immediately sent to the entered email address once the transaction has processed. Payments processed after 4:30 p.m., and on weekends or holidays will not be posted to the Utility account until the following business day.
ANY OVERPAYMENTS WILL BE CREDITED TO ACCOUNT. NO REFUNDS.
